The Honky Tonk Harvest Festival will be staged at E2 Family winery, and advance tickets can be purchased online. A multiple band lineup and instructional line dancing between bands ensures everyone has a chance to “honky tonk” to the end of the harvest season.
Lodi Sandhill Crane Festival – On the weekend of Friday, Saturday and Sunday, November 3-5, visitors can get a “birds’ eye” view of the Sandhill Cranes at the end of their annual migratory journey from as far away as Siberia.
Lodi’s fervent wildlife refuges and farmlands are a natural habitat for the Sandhill Crane, and allow visitors a firsthand opportunity to see these magnificent birds from close range. Activities will include presentations, immersive workshops, an art show, tours, merchandise, and an exhibit at nearby Hutchin Street Square. Parade of Lights – Welcome in the Holidays amongst thousands of twinkling lights at Lido’s annual Parade of Lights, which takes place in downtown Lodi the evening of Thursday, November 30. More than 80 floats, awash in a sea of festive lights, marching bands, dance groups, and themed vehicles enchant residents and visitors of all ages.
Festival of Trees – See the magical splendor of holiday trees come to life with a visit to the Festival of Trees, staged at the San Joaquin Historical Museum. Scheduled for the weekend of Saturday and Sunday, December 2-3, Festival of Trees will feature performances by local artists and an opportunity to purchase an evergreen swag or wreath made by local Docent Council members. You will delight in strolling the festival’s 18-acre grounds, where one can view the beautifully decorated holiday trees. Tree of Lights by Hospice of San Joaquin – Celebrate the Holidays and the season of giving by attending the Tree of Lights by Hospice of San Joaquin, schedule for Thursday, November 30 at 5:30 pm. Staged at Lodi City Hall, Tree of Lights offers everyone a chance to recognize those who have impacted their lives through a memorial or honorary Holiday light dedication. Donations for Tree of Lights begin in October and are accepted through the end of the year. Your donation will light up Lodi’s Tree of Lights and help support Hospice of San Joaquin’s programs for terminally ill patients and their families.
